If I remember correctly, the big differences in 27" iMac screens were the shift to full lamination and anti-reflective coatings, and the shift from 2.5K screens to 5K ones, both of which are reflected in your model. I'm guessing that the Late 2014 screens would have tested out about the same as the Late 2015 ones, in which case the 2020 screen might be a little better than your 2014 screen, but not night-and-day different. While doesn't show color gamut coverage for Late 2014 screens, the Late 20 screens have near-100% coverage of sRGB and DCI-P3 – but lesser coverage of Adobe RGB. It also has 10-bit-per-channel color – I'm not sure whether that is true 10-bit color, or 8-bit color with FRC. Unless you can be sure that everyone in your home or office will treat a display with kid gloves, it might be safer to stick with standard glass. Apple says that you should only use their special cleaning cloths on it. With respect to nano-textured glass, be aware that it may be a lot more fragile (due to its very nature) than standard glass.
